Our offering includes advice and feedback on strategic and operational topics around partnerships and ecosystem building, including partner strategy, partner recruiting, partner program development, account management, internationalization, scaling & hiring, KPI definition, and interdepartmental alignment. The contingent can also be used for reviewing content created for your partner (e.g. marketing collaterals, partner contracts, templates etc.)
PXP Advisory is ideal for you when you just start with partnerships or you already have established the first iteration of a partnerships organization/ecosystem and want to improve your setup.

PXP Consulting is a retainer-based service designed to help SaaS companies build and grow efficient partnerships organizations and ecosystems. The project duration is three till six months at a minimum of two days per week. We consult in-house and remote depending on the your needs and requirements to achieve the project objectives.

PXP Workshops
PXP Workshops are in-house or remote events with your team and relevant stakeholder focusing on strategic or operational topics related to current questions or issues within your business or partnerships organization. The interactive and guided sessions are performed by our senior-level consultants.
Each workshop is tailored to your specific needs and includes preparation and revision before and after the event. Typically it is a full day workshop, however, depending on the individual setting, it could be also longer (two days) or shorter (half-day).
